Cooking classes for food and Wine lovers - Lake Garda Veneto.
Cooking class
Location : Le Gemme di Artemisia -Atelier del Gusto is a private
villa with an exclusive fine dining restaurant. It is located of a
hill side of an enchanting location overlooking the lake , only 5
min from a small village on the east coast of the lake. it is
nomenee as Atelier for its privacy and quitness for its surrunded by
a
beautiful landscape. The indoor capcity is 18 seats divided in 3
different dining rooms , an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a
summer time “ al fresco “ a dinner for culinary emotions , with the
poetry of an astonishing view to the entire lake.
Cooking class
:
All the cooking class are held in the morning from March to
beginning of November. These are organized from 1 person up to max 6
people. In case we are not available in the morning time , it is
possible to have the class in the afternoon starting from 3 pm until
max 8 pm.
Small groups are welcome, a different program will be organized.
Starting time :
All the class are held in the morning, unless the restaurant is
booked out in the moring , there is the possibility to have the
class in the afternoon according to the availability of the
restaurant.
A complimentary Italian breakfast will be offered to the guests upon
arrival
in our restaurant at 9.15 am
The class starts at 9: 30 am
Duration of the class 4 hours aprox.including lunch .The class will
finish around ( aprox 1-1.30 pm)
In case of delay the end of the lesson remains unchanged.
Min age to participate is : from 10 to 16.
Teen agers students ( from 10 to 16) are entitled of 50% off the
price.
An additional charge of 30 euros will be applied for a single
participant.
Non participants -Lunch
Non participants are more than welcome to enjoy Lunch just after
finishing the class ( 12 o'clock)
Lunch prices for non participants:
Adults euro 45 per person
Children and teen agers Euro 30 per person.
lunch and a bottle of water and a bottle of wine every 2 people ,
coffee or cappuccino at the end of the meal.
Further consumption will be charged separately.
How to secure the booking :
A 100 euro deposit is requested to hold your booking which can be
settled by credit card . The pre- deposit ( 100 euros ) will be
deducted from the total amount of the cooking class.
Payment :
Cash or by credit card by the end of the lesson
Cancellation :
If you cancel between 40 and 30 days you will unfortunately loose
50% of your deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days your deposit
will be non refundable.
What does include your cooking class :
Welcome Italian breakfast on your arrival
Recipes folder, a cd with pictures taken during the preparation(
class )
The exclusivity of a private cooking class , no other reservation
will be added to yours
At the end of the lesson, lunch will be served.
Basic course ( one day ) :
Hands- on cooking class / sample of the preparations:
Traditional italian Food, Bread, Bruschetta, Ciabatta,
antipasti, pasta-ravioli,tagliolini, tortelloni, Risotto
and dolci (desserts). Welcome with an Italian Breakfast
( cappuccino and Brioche ) on our terrace overlooking
the lake Lunch which includes a bottle of wine , a
bottle of water , coffee or cappuccino Duration 4 hours.
Each student will have a personalized folder with the
recipes .By the end of lesson the students will receive
a culinary diploma signed by the chef and a personalized
cd with cooking class pictures.

Intermedia course (one day) ( based on 4 courses

includes 2 differrent wines, a bottle of water, coffee
or cappuccino
Duration 4 hours
Each student will have a personalized folder with the
recipes .By the end of lesson the students will receive
a culinary diploma signed by the chef and a personalized
cd with cooking class pictures.

Advanced course (one day): (based on 5 courses meal)
Italian culinary evolution.
Preparation of 5 courses set menu (starter, soup,
pasta, main course, dessert)
Welcome with an Italian Breakfast (cappuccino and
Brioche) on our terrace overlooking the lake
Hands- on cooking class Lunch which includes three (3)
different wines, a bottle of water, coffee or cappuccino
Each student will have a personalized folder with the
recipes .
By the end of lesson the students will receive a
culinary diploma signed by the chef and a personalized
cd with cooking class pictures.
